Every person moves through change differently. Some people are ready to move fast and create momentum immediately, while others need a more balanced pace that allows them to integrate the work while managing careers, businesses, relationships, and everyday responsibilities. Every program includes one-on-one coaching sessions, structured action steps between calls, accountability, and direct access to me throughout the process. Most of my clients are navigating some combination of career transition, business growth, lack of direction, low confidence, health and fitness goals, or the frustration of constantly starting things without fully following through. That is why I offer three coaching formats, each designed around a different level of intensity and support, so you can navigate your process at a pace that works best for you.
The Programs
Intensive
3 months
For people ready to create momentum at a faster pace. We meet weekly over three months to help you start taking consistent action. This program is designed for those who are ready to move forward in a shorter amount of time.
Balanced
6 months
For people who want structure and consistency in a more balanced pace. Sessions take place every other week over six months, giving you time to apply the work while building consistency without feeling overwhelmed.
Extended
9 months
For people seeking deeper transformation and long-term support. Sessions take place every three weeks over nine months, allowing you to make progress at a more intentional pace while leading the process with purpose.
